Quality time

In another section we talked about the responsibility of putting the right people in the right roles.  Here the emphasis is on what those people do.  In other words, what is the quality of the time they spend in the efforts that make your business thrive?  Are they enthusiastic, innovative, focused, and passionate in what they do?  Or, are they just going through the motions, or even sabotaging your intentions?

One of the interesting aspects of our 21st Century world is the way certain kinds of working time can be leveraged.  Of course, I am talking about the time spent by people in creating software and content that reaches across networks to customers and other stakeholders all over the world.

The quality of the time workers devote to your business is directly correlated to the quality of the products, services, marketing, selling, delivering and interactions with other market players.  This, in turn is directly correlated to attractiveness and return on effort that your living business creates.

This is an extremely important factor in the health, growth, and longevity of your business.  Do you know what all it takes?  Do you know where to find support?
